We founded Diano Gallery to pursue abstraction at a scale that allows a work to fully assert itself within a space. Our practice is driven by a long-term commitment to painting as a physical and spatial discipline, where proportion, material, and restraint matter as much as gesture. We work slowly and intentionally, producing limited bodies of work that reflect sustained attention rather than output. Each painting is made to exist with autonomy, capable of holding a room without explanation. From this commitment, Diano Gallery was formed. Diano is dedicated to the belief that meaningful art is not acquired casually, but chosen deliberately, and that the most enduring works are those created with focus, discipline, and care.
